Menu Plan Monday~DF Style 10/26

I’m back again with my Menu Plan Monday from Relish (woot woot!!).  I am still loving it.  I’m now into week 3 of my usage and it’s still very simple and easy to use.  You enter how many you are cooking for and then pick and choose which recipes you like or opt for an express “already picked out” menu plan.  Then it will calculate the five meals, shopping list, directions and nutritional facts.  Love it!  You’ll notice little letters at the end of all my meals. You can read the legend below for descriptions. For me the price of $7/mo has worked it self out easily, read on that here. I love to cook but it’s sometimes challenging to constantly think of new ways to eat healthy for less.  This is a great option.  Serving Size for below recipes are for 4 People (two are pint sized) .

 

Monday -  Left over’s (Chicken, thin spaghetti w/ spinach—it wasn’t a crock pot Sunday, yesterday)

Tuesday -  Crispy Baked Fish | Creamy Slaw with Golden Raisins   KF LC

Wednesday -  Quick Lasagna Toss | Garden Salad   KF | Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake   D

Thursday -  We have Family in town so we are doing a Buffet or something from Restaurant.com

Friday -  Chicken Caesar Pita Wraps | Apple Mango Salad   Q

Saturday -  Pork Tenderloin with Fig Relish | Garlicky Green Beans   SG LC

Sunday – Really it’s going to be a long week, I’ll be happy with a bowl of cereal!
